What is Bach flower therapy?

Bach flower therapy is a natural method discovered by Dr. Edward Bach (1886-1936). He greatly desired to create a method that was completely harmless to humans and also painless in its application. He succeeded. He was close to nature and felt it deeply, studying and immersing himself in plants and "reading" their properties and character. Already in those times, Bach understood that illness begins in the mind and that one must work with one's thoughts and emotions to be healthy and energetic every day. Bach flowers cannot cause harm in any way; they restore inner homeostasis and balance emotions. It will not be suitable for those who expect miracles from a single bottle, or who themselves do not want to act and take responsibility for their health. Bach flowers are like a peaceful platform where you can organize your life, inner programs, and move towards balance. Bach flowers will not make decisions for you; you will act, but Bach flowers will provide a pleasant balance and peace so you can act through love.

“Disease is the result of a conflict between the soul and the mind.” E. Bach

What do Bach flowers do?

Bach flower therapy balances emotional states and transforms negative states into positive ones, such as fear into courage, insecurity into confidence, sadness into joy. Therefore, the flowers are selected based on a person's negative emotional states. They work wonderfully for children with various tantrums, hysterics, jealousy, and adaptation to new stages - kindergarten, separation, moving, the arrival of a sibling. They also greatly help to tolerate daily stress, improve sleep, reduce anxiety and physical tension, as these are directly related to emotions. When using any mixture, it also strengthens immunity, as stress is what lowers it, and Bach flowers act directly on restoring internal homeostasis in the body. I recommend Bach flowers for any emotions, and humans experience emotions 24/7. Fear, guilt, insecurity, blaming others, self-blame, an overly strong sense of responsibility, hopelessness, sadness...

How is the mother essence prepared?

These are plant essences obtained as follows: the flowering part of the plant is harvested, and 19 plants are prepared using the sun method (the plant's flowers are kept in spring water and in the sun for several hours), while the other 19 plants are prepared using the boiling method. Then this plant water is mixed with a preservative, which is usually ECO brandy, and the result is the mother essence, from which Bach flower mixtures are prepared. This essence does not contain the physical substance of the plant, so there can be no allergies to these essences if, for example, one of the Bach plants is on your allergen list.
